After receiving and reviewing your intake form we will schedule a 1 hour phone, Skype or Facetime session to review your sleep issues, discuss the best methods for solving these issues and you will learn how to address bedtime, naps and night waking. You will receive a detailed sleep plan (typically within 48 hours). Only after you are 100% comfortable with the sleep plan you can go ahead and implement it. We will provide daily support (up to 30 mins per day) through Facebook messenger or email. You can choose to have two additional phone, Skype or FaceTime sessions of 15 minutes each.
